Brothers in Arms - Xbox

One of the best WWII shooters...ever.

When most people of think of WWII shooters, they think of soldiers single handedly defeating enemy soldiers in a fictional story line. This game, however, breaks that perception--that stereotype. The controls are very easy, the gameplay is just spectacular, and the graphics are exceptional. This isn't your ordinary shoot 'em up WWII FPS. In this game, you need strategy and tactics to outflank your enemy. What makes this shooter even more intriguing is the fact that it's based on a true story. It's not everyday you come across a game where you follow in the footsteps of a real-life hero--not a gung-ho "I can't wait to get at them" hero, but a humble character who "never asked to be squad leader." In the end, this game was everything I could ask for from a WWII FPS. I'd recommend this game to anyone old enough to play it. Brothers in Arms is a story that deserves to be heard by the many gamers of the world.

The long and winding road to Hill 30.

Awesome gameplay and easy to pick-up and play. It's even better than Medal of Honor: Frontline! And the graphics are so beautiful... I just about did cry. I hope to see another WW2 game for Gearbox pretty soon. Great job, guys!

One of the best shooters I've ever played.

Brothers in Arms is a first person shooter based on a true story and it is REALLY FUN! The graphics are pretty good and so are the controls. One of the coolest features in the game is the ability to flank the enemy. You can occupy the enemies and tell your soldiers to go around the enemies and flank them or you could flank them yourself and let your soldiers occupy them. So you owe it to yourself to play this game if you like FPS's.
