Alias Not As Fun as TV
Alias is a decent game, but it could be so much better. The voice acting and plot is exaclty like watching the TV show so fans of the series will know what to expect when attempting missions. The part were this game lacks is the gameplay. The story is fun and interesting, but the game mechanics, the awful camera angles and slow pace of Sidney's character make this game tedious. It is hard to sit through the entire storyline when the player is required to endlessly seek acess keys to open doors to advace the plot. The stealth missions are also a pain because of bad camera angles. It is hard to see the enemies and you usually just end up shooting everyone to death anyway. There is no real skill involved in completing the game, it simply requires pateince to get through all the missions and once the story is complete there is little reason to ever play this game again. People who are not familiar with the Alias show or not die hard fans should rent this title before footing the cash even if it is only a few bucks.

Mission Failed
Alias for those who do not no is a hit series on tv about a government agent doing things and missions. (Or so i think.) But when i heard that this game was coming out i was unsure until i saw a trailer for it in a OXM (official x-box magazine) demo disc. It reminded me of Splinter Cell and MGS alot. But then i rented it. Big mistake. Graphics The graphics are average and thats all. No better then any other medcore game out there. Sound They did gets some pionts for having the stars from the show come in and do V.O. they didnt do a bad job either. It wasnt great but not horrible. The sounds of the guns and punches were a little wierd sounding but they werent annoying. Gameplay This is where the whole game went down. It tried to be like Splinter Cell with the sneaking but didnt pull it off at all. It wasnt very hard but just long, and alot of the gameplay was pretty much trial and error. The fighting was clumsy and animations were off, the whole fighting felt like a button masher. Every once in a while you can pick up a weapon and use it (I.E. a wrench could be use as a melee weapon). But when you pick up a gun it felt like shooting in thick fog. You didnt know if you were hitting someone or not. The AI wasnt horrible but it didnt pose as a threat either. If you like the show get the season or something but not this game. AVIOD!!!

Spy girl
not bad game but it needed something. the fighting is a little hard to control. when your using stealth it a little unrealistic. for one thing when your hiding behing box to avoid a camera your head still sticks out a little and yet the camera doesn't do anything. also when you hid behind somethig like a stack of boxes, or anything else that has open spaces for you so you can see going on you can see threw those open spaces but the enemy can't. But the fight is still fun. But when you get a weapon there is two problems.1. It's kinda hard to use and .2. you can pick up weapons but you can't pick up ammo so once you run out of ammo you have to get a new weapon. Rent before you buy.
