Great Multiplayer, Single Player Is Not As Fun
I love this game for its multiplayer because nothing beats dueling your friends with lightsabers. There is the double wielding of the lightsabers, the single lightsaber, and the dual-wield lightsaber made famous by Darth Maul. The movements are very fast, yet quite fluid...it is truly a great experience.
The single player missions are quite tedious, taking some time to determine the type of path that should be taken. Even though that opens brain cells to higher levels of thinking compared to normal game play, I would rather not have to waste time in order to achieve an objective.
In the end, it has a bad single player, but the multiplayer more than makes up for it.

The jedi academy is open for buisness
This sequil to the over scored and over hyped yet still fun jedi outcast is great in more ways than one. Firstly the chance to create your own character is a big bonus to me. This lets you character be uniqe and lovable to you. The inclistion of two sided and double lightsabers is a fantastic addition and a strong point of this game. But the best part of this game is the level design that Raven put into this game. This level design rocks! The environments set up some cool and epic lightsaber duals. The plot is all to predictible to me but has it's good points and all the voice acting is good except for the keldor species that sounds really bad. The AI is suicidal but once in combat is lots of fun to gun down. The all to many jumping puzzles in outcast are gone except for a few which makes sense. The game is pretty laid back. You pick up this game play a few levels then stop. So the game is fun the first time through then you'll play the ocasional single player level. The xbox live matches sound cool but i don't know cause i don't have live. The game doesn't compell you to drive forward in any sense but it's fun and a definent improvment from outcast. A blast all around
There are a lot of things that are fun about this game. What I like best about it is getting to customize my character. Mind you, it is not the deepest, but you get a lot of freedom. This really opens the gameplay, and lets you customize how you are going to play. Do you like to choke and kill, or trick and watch them kill each other? Another fun part of the game is Star Wars tie ins. You meet Luke, Chewy, and others. It really helps to draw you into the game if you are a fan. The icing on the cake is the multiplayer. If you have online, it is a blast to have great jedi battles. The play, suprisingly, leaves itself open to teamwork in Team FFA. Not like other games where, even if you are on team, it still feels like FFA. For those that dont have online, dont worry. The game allows for bots so that you can recreate the jedi battles yourself. Only one compliant. The game has some slight stuttering problems. Not enough to ruin the gameplay, but it is noticable.
