Return to Castle Wolfenstein: Tides of War by Activision for Xbox is an FPS set during World War II that enlists players into a whirlwind of action, espionage, and covert operations. Taking the role of Army Ranger, B.J. Blazkowicz, players are tasked with infiltrating the heart of Nazi Germany and stopping the darkest plans of the Third Reich. Throughout the game, players are locked in combat against hordes of Nazi storm troopers, undead Teutonic knights, and the twisted products of genetic experimentation in campaigns that stretch from the deserts of Egypt and forests of Germany to icy compounds in Norway. Tides of War features Dolby 5.1 audio, 480p High Definition television support, new monsters, weapons, and useable items.

RTCW is the best

I recently bought this game for $5 used at EB games and it was my first time actually playing throught it on a console,my first time was a 20 minute play through on a friend of mines pc when it first came out.I can say this game is as good as every one said it is.The game play is very good.so are the graphics which look pretty good given the date when RTCW was released for botch pcs and consoles.Its story is great with nazis and accult and paranormal activities.It really makes WW2 FPS more interesting.Im glad I bought this game and I got it at a cheap price.

A pimple on the beautiful face of World War 2 shooters.

I thought this game was going to be good. What happened? What went wrong? I saw this game played on my friends PC, and it looked awesome. I guess it didnt survive the transfer from PC to Xbox.

The gameplay is hideous. The enemy AI brick stupid. The storyline is something out of a horrible 1940s B-movie. The controls are anything but accurate. This game isnt about adventure: its about high score. The aiming just feels ridiculous. And there are so many things wrong with this, I cant even begin to describe it.

The graphics are there. Thats all you need to know. Although they dont go far. The level design is buggy and you can just about tell where most of the secret items are.

The sound is screwed. The guns dont even sound powerful, or real for that matter. You can hear people talking, alright. And you can hear footsteps. But so can they even if your walking at a slow pace.

Ive never bothered to reach the end of this game. Ive given up on it.

AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS. PLEASE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR.

This game graphics are ok, gameplay is good, and its all around good, only one problem, when i first heard about it, I thought it was killing Nazis and stuff, NOT ZOMBIEs. I didnt like the zombies, mummys, electric guys, or the supersoldiers. I also love the online play.

When War And Monsters Meet Each Other..It Makes 1 Hell Of A Game!!!

GRAPHICS- 4.5...Rtcw hash rich graphics and sometimes chilling atmosphire enviroments!!..Dark and Gloomy textures also make the game's graphics good, just 1 thing is standing in the way of awesome visuals and that's: Poor Framerate and some slow-down!!! SOUND- 4.5...A war Fellows Musical Dream: Rtcw's Awesome war music lightens hope...Weapon sound effects are cool, and Enemies never say the same thing!!...slow-down in music when the action heats up kind of ruins the sound score though!!! CONTROL- 4.0...The conrols are really easy and cool to learn..the A.I controls are great, there is absoluely nothing wrong with the camera except for some jiggy and messy parts, and fluid almost-responsive contol mechanisms are in there too!!!..custom controller options would have been nice!!! FUN FACTOR- 4.0...The best War FPS since Ghost Recon...Rtcw is a great game Single and Multiplayer wise!!..X-box live adds more fun to the game and things like: Cool enemies, Great Story, and freakyness are welcome!!..This game could have beat Halo if it didn't have so many bad par..err..flaws!!!

this game suck dont buy it because it sucks big balls the graphics are ok but the game is juts bad some ppl may like it but i hate it
