Game Description

Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon by Ubisoft for the Xbox lets the player lead an elite team of U.S. Army Special Forces through the deadly realism of tomorrow's battlefields. Outnumbered and outgunned, this Green Beret team, nicknamed "the Ghosts," uses the latest technology and tactics to conquer the battlefield, swiftly, silently, and invisibly. Players will be able to use the Xbox online service to tackle Ghost Recon missions cooperatively with six players, as well as play against each other in 16-player adversarial modes

Ugly cousin

Ghost is the ugly cousin of Splinter Cell. All games of this type will be judged by Socom. To be fair Xbox is a more powerful system but you couldn't tell from this game. The graphics are not up to standard and are generic looking. AI is off also since my team picks off the bad guys before I even see them. At other times my team gets wiped out by acting stupid. Socom beats this game hands down in every area. It does have plenty of missions but again very generic. It would also be nice to actually see yourself or your weapon. The game does have heart but lacks soul.

GRAPHICS- 4.0...While some of the backgrounds are messy and characters look rushed..everything else like: guns, extraction points, and camera views are just wonderful!!! SOUND- 5.0...Unique gun sound effects, soldier talk, and the best of the best war music make Ghost Recon Command even better than a D.J!!! CONTROL- 4.0...The controls are straight-forward and easy to get the hang of..Custom configuration of the controls is under the options, which is great, and control responses work like the wind...But, Slow- down appears alot and technacially..that's a reeeeally bad thing!!! FUN FACTOR- 4.5...Ghost Recon is 1 of the most best Tom Clancy Masterpieces...flaws aren't that appearant which is good...with it's x- box live support and great soundings..Ghost recon should never be replaced with another war game!!!
