Good for a few minutes
The graphics are great, even though they don't need to be. The orthagonal view doesn't require the high quality that the graphics are. The camera can't be moved on some boards, which makes those levels rather frustrating since you can't adjust the view to better see what monsters are in front of you. This also makes ranged weapons almost useless on these levels. The story, though interesting is very linear and the second play isn't any different from the first. The different characters don't have any unique missions. The way the game plays makes me think it's more of an Adventure game than a role playing game. The best thing about this game is its shallow learning curve and that it's easy to pick up and play when you have just a few minutes to kill.

Pretty much one of the sweetest forgotten realms games of all time. Huge world lots of skill, but not a very good character building system. If you dont have this game, get it

As good as it looks. Beautiful!
Absolutely amazing detailed graphics, solid gameplay, and stunning voiceacting. More than a hundred weapons, armor, spells and magic items to purchase, loot, and use. (One gripe is that midway through the game, the sorceress can master certain spells that literally too easily spell certain doom for the villians. In other words, choose the right spells for her, and the monsters will have no chance. ) The game should have been made at least 10 hours longer, but the 15-20 hours you do spend playing it, will be a tremendous experience. In short, an awesome medieval hack and slash, action packed, sonically and graphically intense RPG.

Great D&D RPG for Xbox
Great D&D RPG for Xbox. Good story and AI for monsters. Well designed and developed characters. Just fun to play if you like D&D RPG games. One of the best I have played.

Better then Final Fantasy? I think not! Better then Hunter? Most likely.
This game is everything except a movie, book, or a comic. It does do well in places, like you get to up your character on your own, unlike in Kingdom Hearts where it does it itself. The graphics are good, but could have been better, the water by the way was quite satisfying. The batte system wasn't bad at all just the one problem was you couldn't lock on when you had a ranged weapon. Now that, my friends, is a downfall. Your could sit there all day trying to hit one guy and spend all you arrows! Luckly they melee weapons involved. You can't upgrade them, but you do get a big variety of weapons and armor. The controls are good, not problems over here. The gameplay was satisfying, especially with a friend. So, I give it, well, you should know.
