Reigning Fire Upon Ye
Graphics- 3.5 Sound- 3.0 Controls- 3.0 Reign of Fire was a pretty good movie, basing a game off a movie is a good idea but make sure all the game's bugs are fixed before releasing it. The graphics for Reign of Fire are decent but could've been done better because I have seen better graphics on other games for the X-Box. They are average and it felt as if they could've used a bit more detail. The sound is good and you know what is happening around you at all times because well your surrounded by enemies. Which is cool, but on the human missions, the Van Den guy ordering around gets annoying. He repeats the same dialogue every 60 seconds or less, depending on what mission your on. Plus his voice is annoying and sometimes you'd wish he would shutup. The controls on the game are pretty easy to learn once you go through the training level. There are only two configurations to choose from but they both work well. The only bad thing is that some vehicles don't handle that well and others bounce around like ping pong balls by running into any sort of object. The missions are fun but when you get near the last two missions of the humans, it gets really hard. The dragon missions are even harder, the second drag mission will have you repeating it more than you would like to. Overall if you like the movie, you'll love this, but this games does require patience for some levels. Not recommended to impatient gamers.
