The House of the Dead III - Xbox

to Sega with luv

I've always loved Sega even though they've done me wrong in the past. I loved the first house of the dead and the second was even better. Now we have number three and they did a great job. This game is as good as it gets with spot on graphics and game play. It's a tad on the easy side and most will finish it quickly. Thankfully Sega included HOTD 2 which is awesome. I would have given this game a perfect score if they would have included the first HOTD. Heck you don't even need a light gun to play. Using a regular controller was a breeze. One gripe is you have a shotgun instead of a pistol. It makes killing zombies way too easy. Show Sega some love and buy this game.

The Fastest Reflexes Wins The Game

Graphics- 4.0 Controls- 4.0 Sound- 4.0 The House of the Dead 3 starts out pretty cool but then you will notice how short the levels are. Some of them, like the first level, takes probably 5 minutes to beat or less because it lacks a boss. However, the other levels include the boss which make levels extra fun. It is also worth noting that for the third, fourth, and fifth level, that you get to choose which one you play first and last. The bosses of the game are challenging but I don't think that Sega put much effort into the final boss of the game because he looks just the the final boss of The House of the Dead 2 except his hair looks different and attack moves are different.( That's good though right? ) Also throughout the game, your character and other characters of the game suffer from big hand syndrom. They have the biggest hands I have ever seen! It is good that Sega included the full version of House of the Dead 2 with HOTD 3. So your really gettting two games in one. Though you have to beat HOTD 3 first to play HOTD 2. The easiest way to do that is to go into options and boost your life up to five and continues to nine. Overall I like HOTD 3, but don't buy it if your not into arcade type games because the HOTD 3 feels like it is missing something in its levels. I think a game should take more than thirty minutes to beat.
