Mad Dash Racing - Xbox

Better than I thought!

Honestly, after hearing and seeing everything for Mad Dash Racing, I didn't give it a chance. I figured it would not be even worth trying. Eventually I decided to give the game a chance. I was surprised, this style of racing is fun and not as bad as I thought. I've seen racing similar to it in various sonic games, which I didn't care for much. This is alot better then that, this game is underrated and doesn't seem nearly as good as it truely is. It's not just running either, you have to swim, climb and many other things all on one run. It's definetly worth the $50, and the $100 X-Box is then a Gamecube, in this game alone. I think this game will stay as underrated as it is, but deserve more. There should be more gamers like this! Controls - 4.0 - The controls are really good, but it's kinda hard to not fall down somewhere atleast once. After two tries you'll master and enjoy these controls, the game seems perfect on X-Box and the X-Box controller and the controls are good. You basically just hafta realize turning isn't as good as you think it is, and you don't always jump as high as you think you will. Graphics - 4.0 - These graphics are pretty good, not jawdropping, but good. It's not nearly as impressive as games like Dead Or Alive 3, and NFL Fever 2002, but tis game doesn't really need it. It's one of those games where the graphics aren't too big a factor, but their pretty good, anyway. Sound - 4.5 - Many say the punkish techno sound is not quite the right feeling for this game, it goes with it well. I'd much rather have these songs then some looney tunes... or whatever. Fun Factor - 5.0 - Some how the game just pulls together, the 5.0 is well earned, and this game deserves to be in the same league as games like Dead Or Alive 3, Halo, and NFL Fever, yet those games are considered out of MDR's league..

GETS OLD QUICK

MAD DASH RACING IS ADDICTING UNTIL YOU BEAT IT, BUT ONCE YOU HAUL BUNS THROUGH THE WHOLE GAME IN ONE DAY YOU GET TIRED OF PLAYING IT. IT CAN BE A LITTLE FRUSTRATING AT TIMES BECAUSE YOU CAN WINNING THE ENTIRE RACE THEN RIGHT AT THE END THE COMPUTER KNOCKS YOU DOWN OR PULLS SOME BULLCRAP SHORTCUT. BUT IF YOU HAVE THE PATIENTS AND YOURE NOT THAT GOOD AT RACING GAMES, YOU MIGHT GET A KICK OUT OF THIS GAME (FOR A DAY OR SO).

Well, it seems Penciltip and I have completely different opinions...good.

I've heard complaints about this game. I've heard PRAISE about this game. I happen to be somewhat of a praiser. Mad Dash is perhaps, in my opinion, the game is nicely detailed and just flat out fun. Sure, sometimes the repetitive comments get annoying, but what game DOESN'T have repetitive quotes? Think about it. Mad Dash for the X Box is fast paced gameplay, with sweet little power ups here and there. When one actually takes time to appreciate this game, it becomes quite addicting. For example, in other racing games, namely Crash team Racing, you fire wimpy little toxic cans. Or mushrooms, in the case of Mario Kart 64. Both are good games and better than this, but what I'm saying is that in this game you actually get to smack your opponent out of the way by rolling into them. Or, you can let them pass you a bit then use "Dash" to fry their butt as you pass them! However, swimming can be difficult, as can climbing, but this game is rich in gameplay and entertaining enough to keep you playing.

Worst game ever.

This game is so stupid all you do is run and it gets boring its just a copy off everygame ever so it sucks i hate when that stupid fat guy farts this game sucks ass.
