Ghost Squad - Wii

fun... but short

I got this game and expected alot out of it. But I was wrong... sort of. I liked it, but I thought it was way too short. It was very fun, but it does get repetitve :( The co-op play is fun. The grephics arent too good, but acceptable. Overall it was fun even though it only had 3 levels :( It was fun unlocking the costumes and guns though. But this is nothing compared to Combat arms. If you want a fun FPS game, download Comabet Arms at www.nexon.combatarms.net.

With only a few levels this rail shooter suffers from a serious lake of content. It can be fun with 3 of your friends but it is not all that original. I'd say Ghost Squad is an average rail shooter, not as good as Umbrella Chronicles.

If you're looking to grab a cool game, this is the one for you.

When I laid eyes on this game at the arcade, I fell in love. I had completed every mission, only God knows how many times. When it was announced as a port for Wii, I instantly ordered it. *NOTE* All these scores are out of 5. Graphics: 3.50 Simple Wii graphics, not much different from arcade. Gameplay: 4.50 This game rocks. The only thing I didn't like is there are only three missions. *Did he just say three???* Yes, I did. It's so easy to get started, you could hand this over to someone who has never played the Wii before and they would get it. Sound: 3.75 This game makes great use of the Wiimote's speaker. The gunshot's come out of the speaker instead of your TV. Rumble is also used. The voice acting is cheesy, though. Replay Value: 4.75 Sure, there are three missions, but the replay value is high. You have 3 levels of difficulty, which is sure to appeal. And as a Wii exclusive, you can go into party mode, which allows up to four players. With wacky new modes like Ninja Mode (Where every one looks like a ninja, and instead of guns, you shoot shurikens), this game is great for partys. So, if you are having a party with a few people, you should really look into this game. It is a great port of the arcade version.

I cant even start how good this game is I mean its just awesome u cant move but it is only a minor set back since u still decide where to go just without an analog stick, u get new weapons by lvl new costumes like a panda suit when ur lvl 80 there is party mode paradise and ninja mode in party mode gotta luv ninja mode, with shurikens and the ninja suit...yeah...

For Christmas this year I got Ghost Squad for the WII because I thought it would be fun. And it is, if you are feeling like going to the arcade but you dont want to bother getting there, this is the perfect game for you. Just make sure you get the WII Zapper first. It adds a certain sense of authenticity to the game that you don't get without the Zapper. Also, it is just plain boring without the Zapper. Another cool feature is that you can compare your score to others around the world via WiFi connection. Overall it is a casual game that is fun if you are in the mood.

A port of the arcade shooter, Ghost Squad lacks the meatiness of The Umbrella Chronicles but it still has its moments.
