Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam - Wii

Wait, i didint turn that way!

This game review got the title it did for one major flaw. It starts with a C and ends with ontrols. The game:Great. Controls:Horrid. I turn my Wii-mote one way and tony turns the other. Well it's a reilef that this game is coming to ps2.

Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam - Wii

Meh.

This game had potencial, but sadly didn't use all of it. The custumisation is lacking in many ways and the cartoonyness just didn't feel "Tony Hawk". Also with a lack of skaters and locations it just was short. I mean it's not a bad game it's just not good. At first its fun, then it gets boring and hard. Multi-player masn't very good either and online would have been nice to, but there wasn't any. Pros: Fun for a while Cons: Then get boring.

Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam - Wii

It's o.k

This is the kind of game where your like "this rocks!!!" at first, then later you're like, "Damn this sucks!!!" Everything works as advertised, only there is no story, it's got a crap soundtrack, and the challenges are way too wide spred. On the bright side, it's easy to control your guy and the menus are easy to work with.

TH: Downhill Jam

Given that I have always been a huge fan of the TH franchise I was stoked about getting to give it a go on the new Wii! But I must say that I was rather disappointed in the final product. The missions are boring and repetitive and lack imagination. It really lacks the polish of the more recent games and simply doesn't live up to the franchise's pedigree. The only thing which saves this game is probably the wii control which gives the games some replay value although it too will get old soon enough. So unless you've already beaten Zelda and are desperate to try your hand at some other Wii game, you're better off leaving this one to the bargain bins.

Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam - Wii

waste of my $5 to rent.

this game has just pissed me off. i rented it and it cost me $5. i cant stand to play it. i am bored to death. it is kind of an SSX game on a skateboard but not nearly the fun of SSX and is just plain lame. the interviews before the game are dumb and annoying. i was really looking forward to this game. this is a total disappointment. it is not worth renting. please just listen to me and stay away. it has been getting ok reviews but i dont understand why.
