Game Description

Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee by GT Interactive for PlayStation is a 2D action-platform game, where you play as Abe, a Mudokon slave who is working in a meat processing factory in Oddworld. When Abe discovers he and his friends face death at the hands of their desperate master, he decides to escape and aid as many enslaved Mudokons as he can along the way. Abe's most unique ability is possession, where he can take control of enemies on the same screen by chanting. GameSpeak also plays a key role, as Abe uses communication to open doors and eliminate barriers (a skill that also carries over to possessed enemies). No character in the game has hit points; being attacked causes instant death.
