Medal of Honor: Heroes

Ratatatatatatat! BOOM! Germans in the open!

Medal of Honor: Heroes is a game that may come from a highly respected gaming franchise, then put to on to the psp, people might think it's gonna be great!..But it's really not. The aspect of the gameplay is simple, you go to a war-torn area in world war 2, play as an OSS operative and, fulfilling objectives that need to be done, go for some secondary objectives and the best of all, run around shooting Nazis with many old guns (personally, i favor the good 'ol BAR :) ) there seems to be a lack pf cut-scenes ( or should i say neatly colored pictures stills with a narrative) the story is rather simple, the campaign isn't rather lengthy, yet still lives up to the WW2 fps genre. the story does fall short when it comes to characters, meaning no backdrop for the characters, no heart-felt scenes about a soldier getting shot in the head and dying, so there isn't really that much emotion into the game which may good so there isn't any distraction. The game also has very noticeable poor A.I. which can heavily be seen during the campaign. your squad-mates just stand there, yet they're useful in firefights, but anyway, the enemy doesn't seem to have good strategies when it comes to seasoned Call of Duty experts.

What is noticeably enjoyable in this game is skirmish. it's deathmatch, and it's you against a preset number of A.I. enemies (you may be able to play online, I really don't know, i don't play multi-player sry :( ) but you get to choose maps, choose your soldier's preset uniform, choose the map, then jump in and try to stay alive gunning down every person you see move. There are even perks where you earn enough points to rank up ( e.g. private -> private first class) then you can earn new uniforms which can come in comical ways, one being a German soldier with only a helmet, white shirt and pink polka-dot boxers, which is reminicent of Call of Duty 4 ( The perks part I mean 8])

Cool Game.

I love playing this in second Period. I would always play skirmish with my friend and its fun as hell and its fun online. But I hate the health bar, I wish it was like CoD. But other than that its great. I wanna play Hereos 2 and people should play this game or buy it.

Awesome game, MoH never looses it's originality only thing is that it needs a longer storyline. All in All very good game.

Medal of Honor Heroes PSP Review

Medal of Honor + Portability + 32 player multiplayer= One heckuva good game. Play as the returning Medal of Honor Heroes, William Holt, John Baker, and Jimmy Patterson. The Medal of Honor series has gone portable on the PSP. Fortunately, I have a PSP to play this mazing game. In fact, when I got my PSP last Christmas, the game I got with it was Medal of Honor Heroes. I played almost straight through the first day, which was kind of bad because the Campaign is sort of short, but thankfully there is a 32 player multiplayer option. Though there is much hacking on the multiplayer, there is yet another mode, Skirmish where you face of against up to 16 bots. Though not too difficult, Skirmish is a good way to practice your combat skills. Heroes' graphics are also a wonder, especially for the PSP. The control is amazing, so easy to master. Altogether, Heroes is a great game, so If you haven't already picke dit up, do it now. GRAPHICS: 4.5 SOUND: 4.5 CONTROL: 5.0 FUN FACTOR: 5.0

Best Shooter for PSP

This sadly enough is the best first person shooter for the psp. It has all the great features of the nonportable MofH's but the psp lacks two analog stick which makes it tough to make a shooter for the psp. If you desperatly want a first person shooter for the psp then get this one.
