Summary
Game Description
Need for Speed Underground was tuned to better display its racing graphics and animations on a smaller screen, but that doesn't mean Rivals is gearing down at all. You can drive 24 licensed cars (10 of which are muscle cars) in eight game modes, including Drift Attack, Nitrous Run, Drag Race, Car Spec, Lap Knockout, Circuit, and Rally Relay, which is new for the PSP. Additionally, the 10 racing circuits feature track layouts exclusive to the PSP. All cars are fully tunable and customizable with all the licensed parts from the console versions, and you can set up a Pocket Garage to show off your rigs. For multiplayer traffic jams, you can go head to head via Wi-Fi, and if you beat your opponent, you'll own his car. Party play enables four players to race as well. Of course, there's no cruisin' without the sounds. Rivals features all 38 music tracks from the console games and six new tunes, some of which also have music videos.

NFSU Rivals
I thought the game was pretty good. The experirence was anything compared to a NFS game on my XBOX 360 or PS2. But for the average PSP gamer, I was overall satisfied.

Need for Speed Underground Rivals
A toned down version of a cool game is still a cool game.
