Watchmen The end is not nigh for movie games

As you might have noticed from the title, I am saying that Watchmen: The End is Nigh has broken the bad movie game streak!

This downloadable game from the PS Network is fun and addicting. As you roam the streets as Rorschach and Nite Owl, you fight bad guys to find Underboss! Not so appealing, huh? No, but the game is fun and the last boss fight is pretty epic. A problem though is that pretty much the same enemies pop up again and again in different outfits. Hey! Didn't I through you off that balcony!? One of the big things about this game is the graphics, best DLC graphics to date, period.

My opinion?
I think they really should have added multiplayer! All I can say is if you are looking for a downloadable game, get this or Worms. Good luck on Part 2!

A treasure constantly blurring the lines between "graphic" and "novel", Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons' 1986 mini-series forever revolutionized the way that comic book stories were told. After heralding Watchmen as a literary masterpiece and landmark for the comic book industry, it's a bit of a culture shock to be handed a video game based off of the seminal story. Thankfully, independent developer Deadline Games of Total Overdose fame pulled off Watchmen's conversion to third-person brawler with surprising finesse, managing to capture the essence of the renowned comic into a short but sweet, must-have title for even the most hardened and stubborn Watchmen fans, all the while leaving it entirely accessible to newcomers that don't know Dr. Manhattan from Dr. Seuss.
