Not A Classic, but still good!
I loved the old Blitz games on the Nintendo 64, so i thought this game would be great, it was alright but i wanted more. The new game disappointed me because i was expecting most of the elements to be the same. Well it is still over the top action and unreal plays and players. If you are a Football sim/Madden fan you might be disappointed, if you just want to grip it and rip it, pick this game up and try it!

Review:
Blitz: The League II (PS3)
Blitz: The League II reminds me of this season's Chicago Bears: it has a couple of key pieces and a game-plan in place but there are some obvious holes that keep it from rising to the top of the ranks. However, it is an interesting alternative to the realism heavy action of Madden.
THE BOTTOM LINE: Over the top and crazy, Blitz II is an interesting take on the sport of football, but with some glaring missteps, it fumbles on its way to the end zone. -
