Easily the best hockey game ever

NHL 09 offers one of the best hockey experiences for which one can ask. The "Franchise" mode is what one would come to expect; not much has changed from the last game. The true genius of the game, however, lies in the "Be A Pro" mode. If you are expecting an empty experience as in the similar mode that is offered in Madden, you are mistaken. The ability to, "level up" if you will, offers the experience of actually living the moments of a true hockey player. I mean really, whose dream isn't advancing through the minors to the pros and becoming a legend? So if you have an iota of an interest in hockey, you really owe it to yourself to purchase this game.
