Blacksite: Area 51 by midway for the PS3 is a FPS set in that special off-limits government facility that is oh so familiar to arcade light gun enthusiasts. Along with the predictable alien fragging the game hopes to deliver a thrilling experience with a combination of visual in-game horsepower and cutscenes that drive the story forward. When strange aliens begin to swarm the streets of Arizona, it's up to you, Captain Aeran Pearce of the Special Forces, to integrate squad tactics with quick, on-your-feet thinking to take down the alien threat!

Great Shooter

Dispite some negative reviews on this game, I found it to be really exciting and had a good storyline to it. Not sure on this and I did get the games used but the only flaws that I found in it that it was like playing it on a computer that couldn't handle the game even though I played it on PS3. It seemed to stutter in places but like I said, I bought it used. Graphics were awesome and gameplay kept me on my toes.

Best game since the First Area 51

This game was amazing. i thought i ahd it good when i played area 51. But i tell you if you want a really good FPs that will make you think this is the game for it new weapons the option for new maps. this game is an awesome by. If you love resistance fall of man you will love this game!!

Quality over quantity

Aera 51 may not have the multiplayer mode of lets say warhawk, but its far from your average 1st person shooter, blacksite, has stunning visuals, and fantastic creatures to keep you entertained during the game.

    I feel bad for Blacksite: Area 51. Sure, it's not a great FPS title in by any means but it is a solid and enjoyable shooter that will no doubt get lost in the shadow of great games like Halo 3, Bioshock and The Orange Box.
