Greatness

I thought it was the best spiderman out of the whole trilogy.I like how the graphicsmade the suit look on the game. It was Greatness.

NEXT GEN SpiderMan??

Spiderman 3 was had both it's good points and it's bad points but as you progressed more and more through the game, the bad points began to show more. First of all the graphics, I didn't know if I was playing Spiderman 3 for the PS3 or just Spider-man 2.5 for the PS2. Don't get me wrong, the graphics were okay but they just didn't scream Next generation. The combo system was meant to be deeper but it still ended up just being a button mashing fest. A certain points of the game, in order to progress through the game (in a God of War-esque mini game) you had to hit a sequence of buttons which seemed sometimes to be a nice and sometimes to be a waste of time. Spider-man3 is not at all a bad game, it's just that compared to how far ahead Spider-man 2 was to Spider-Man the Movie on PS2 one would expect a lot more from this franchise. All in all the game did have it's moments but I would suggest you rent first.

It's good fun. For a couple days.

This game was good fun, just swinging around, enjoying the very pretty graphics. But the missions are all eh. It gets a bit boring after a while, with nothing new being thrown at you. There is some new stuff from the last game, like random button mashing, but otherwise, it's the same thing. That, and the missions get very, very tricky and not where it's like a 'Oh darn. I'll try again.' it's a 'MUTHA EFFER I'M GOING TO KEEEEEL YOU!' type of situation. So, it's nice, but nearly the same as the last game. But it will provide some great fun for a bit.

Can the game suck worse than the movie?

... NO not really! The movie was a big disappointment, due to the fact of cramming in too much storyline into 2 hours... The game on the other hand, you can do what you like... you can fit in HOURS and HOURS of gameplay. By far the greatest Spider-man game out. and yeah that's my weak review, and i'm stickin' to it.
