Game Description

Stuntman: Ignition is the long awaited sequel to the Playstation hit, Stuntman! Take on the role of a Hollywood stunt driver, and navigate a variety of unique vehicles through various movie sets, pulling off various stunts and tricks planned and planted by the film's director. After completing a stage, you're treated with a faux movie trailer featuring the footage that you've just completed, complete with a short story and voice-over to tie it together! Be the stuntman with Stuntman: Ignition!

Stuntman: Ignition - PS2

Stuntman Ignition: CUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow. This Wow is not a good one. The first impression of this game (the commercial) was so good, that if I didn't have this game, I'd go insane. How wrong was I. Obviously graphics on the PS2 do not hold a candle to the 360 and PS3. That much is true. But handling? The handling and driving are the most important in a game where you do nothing but drive, whether it be a car, motorcycle, or a truck carrying a SCUD missile. About that truck, handling is super hard for any bulky truck like that. On the bright side, the game is actually enjoyable. When you finally complete a scene, it's a wonderful feeling like "good job." Some of the stunts are fun to accomplish, like the corkscrew, going off a ramp, smashing straight into a bunch of crates, explosions etc. All in all, it's a good game with sloppy handling, so I'd only recommend it to an explosion lover.
