Rouge Galaxy review by Calls of scv
Rouge Galaxy I must say has one of the most incredible combat system's I have ever seen in the PS2. There are massive Bosses, over 100 hour's of gameplay, a special factory were you can create your own weapons, 100's of diffrent creatures, a interesting story line that backstabs you in the end, and the ability to beat the crap out of enemy's with a massive sword or blow a hole in them with a pistol or a ranged weapon of some sort.
This game has nearly conquered the title of endless, the only problem is the game end's at some point. The controll's are simple and before you know it you'll be beating the #@$% out of an enemy soon enough. It's Graphic's were some of the best at it's time and it has near perfect Cinematic Experiences.
At first it sounds cheesy but it's a really great game tha t deffinatly deserves the 5 out of 5.

A Grand Adventure That You Can Replay!
This game is fantastic. The combat is smooth and fluent, though not as deep as it could be. The controls are spot on and the graphics are gorgeous. The cel-shaded visuals add to the experience and make you feel like you are part of an anime adventure. The game itself isn't the longest out there, but with all the extras there is 100+ hours of gameplay. You play as Jaster, a youn man on the desert planet Rosa. You soon become recruited onto a space-pirate ship. Nad thus your gran tale unfolds. I love this game and recommend it to anyone who has a PS2 and likes RPG's.: GRIMMICE

A great Level 5 Game
Many may look at this game and say, just another average RPG. However, this is much better than average. It's a game made by level 5, and well much of it has been edited for the US version, so we're in luck. The fighting is sort of like Kingdom Hearts. You fight in real time, and the encounters are random. Like Kingdom Hearts the battles appear in the actual location you're standing in, rather than loading up a new battle screen. And speaking of loading, there really are no loading times in this game, every area is just connected to the next, you keep walking and it will simply just say the name of the area you entered while you're walking. No loading. The graphics in this game are quite impressive. Everything is well detailed, and the characters are cel shaded. The other thing I've noticed is that you can see faraway objects, in other words the graphics don't load up while you're walking, only things such as npcs or chests. Making you feel a bit more emersed as you play the game. The story is quite good. Basically the game starts off with Jaster (the main character) saving his town from monsters, and he has a desire. He wants to explore the galaxy. So this is where the game comes in. Once you become a space pirate you go from world to world and explore. I really am not going to say much more than that, because of course I don't want to spoil the game. But I must say that it's story is good, but i found it to be a bit predictable. Nevertheless, the cutscenes are done well, with swifting camera angles and top notch voice acting. The Battle system is based off of what's called a Revelation Flow Chart. It's basically a chart you use to unlock abilities for each character. Most are skills to use in battle, and a few are for adding HP and elemental resistances. And one thing that I must say, is that the enemies are quite difficult. There is no magic that can restore HP, so it's all relying on items. However, as nasty as this sounds, it's not so bad. By the time you reach a certain point in the game, you practically have an infinite amount of money where buying items is nothing, so you can just buy max of every item. And, save points restore your HP, which there is an extremely high number of those in each dungeon. an estimate would be about 7. Plus, there is usually 1 or 2 shop npcs in each dungeon, so items are easily accessible. Plus, with each save point you can teleport to any other save point within that world, and quite often shops are near save points. Making it even easier to access items. So what do I have to complain about? Well, I think that the battle system isn't all that addicting. Don't get me wrong, there's nothing bad about it, but the Revelation Flow Chart doesn't make me think much, and I wasn't really interested in it's Weapon synthesis and all that other stuff. But Rogue Galaxy certainly is a great game for any RPG lover.

Rogue Galaxy
Words can not even describe the greatness of Rogue Galaxy. If any one of you think Final Fantasy is the best RPG Series, think again. If you're reading this review right now, go to your nearest game store and pick up a copy of Rogue Galaxy right now! And for this level of greatness, it doesn't even come at a high pricetag- $40 is not at all high. Trust me- if you are in need of a excellent game, go get a copy of Rogue Galaxy. Hell, even if you don't need a good game right now, go get it... now!

Great game
I love this game. the cartoonist graphics, the fighting, and storyline. You play a guy named jastar who is thoought to be a famous bounty hunter, by space pirates. That is as far as i'm going to say, but all and all, the characters in your party can get pretty funny at time. I could not find anything wrong with this game at all. I would recommand this game to anyone who is looking for a good rpg.

Rogue Galaxy
Most of you are still probably fighting your way through the world of Ivalice, but some of us have already climbed to the top of that particular mountain. Although the memories of our time with Square-Enix's latest opus is still fresh in my mind, the need for the next great RPG game has been building ever since the ending credits began to roll.
