Dirge of Cerberus is an action shooter set three years after Meteor's devastating attack on the planet in the original PlayStation title Final Fantasy VII. Starring as FFVII's enigmatic Vincent Valentine, players must battle against a mysterious organisation known as "Deepground." Before Meteorfall, the organisation's soldiers formed one of Shinra's most secret projects -- but with the destruction of Midgar, the soldier's left below the town's smouldering remains were forgotten. Vincent Valentine must now retaliate against the impending threat with his trusty Cerberus in hand.

Good idea, bad execution

Really this was a fun and entertaining game. In fact the most fun I hd in this whole game was shooting snipers in the head from far distances. The boss battles were either easy or just unfair. Some of the bosses could do stuff that makes it virtually impossible to kill them without using a fair amount of potions.

Really the best part of this game was just upgrading your weapons and killing people in smart/unintended ways.

Pick up this game if you are a Final Fantasy fan.

Okay for a change.

From what I played, it wasn't so bad. Could have been better of course, but this new course wasn't bad, it was just left open for improvements.

I mysel like this game. I am not really into shooters and I still liked it. I did not like however how the game actually is like its seperated into the different chapter things. I did not like that at all. But overall it was a very fun game.

I like it

I dont know what gamepro was thinking!! the graphics are good they are better then a 3.00 i know its not really good for a Final Fantasy game but i think it is at least a 4.00 on graphics. It wasn't really challenging enough for me but the bosses were pretty fun. But the control was a little off. If you are a hardcore Final Fantasy Fan i say at least rent it give it a shot. But i wouldn't recommend it if you arent into Final Fantasy

halfgood and half bad

this game is somtimes good and sometimesbad so better not to play this game this game drives me crazy and the movies are beatiful as a bird and the boxart is very good
