Game Description

Prince of Persia: Warrior Within by Ubisoft for PS2 is a 3D action game and the sword-slashing sequel to Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time. Hunted by Dahaka, an immortal incarnation of Fate seeking divine retribution, the Prince embarks upon a path of both carnage and mystery to defy his preordained death. His journey leads to the infernal core of a cursed island stronghold harboring mankinds greatest fears. Only through grim resolve, bitter defiance and the mastery of deadly new combat arts can the Prince rise to a new level of warriorship and emerge from this ultimate trial with his life.

a great game by ubisoft it is the best pop so far although this game and warrior within equally satisfied me. this game is looking pretty nice also and the gameplay is top notch.

1 of the best games of the year.

1 of the best games of the year. This games kills the 1st 1 in every way! The fighting alone makes the first 1 look like crap. In the Sands of Time, the Prince only had 12 moves. In WW, he has 75. Yeah, there's a difference there. Also, the fact that you can pick up any loose weapon is so gr8. You an throw the weapons, too. And, this is so genius that I don't know why it hasn't been done before: You use the triangle button to swing the weapon in your left hand, and you use the square button to swing the weapon in your right hand. Might not seem like a big deal, but it is. I love this game. It deserves every bit of its 5.0 that I gave it!

Princes' behaving badly

Why? Because I said so! As I've stated in my Jak 2 review I hate it when a game gets darker just to sell better. The new tone fits well with the story though. I just miss the fealing of the SOT.
