Game Description

Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War by Namco for the PS2 (exclusive) engages players in dog-fighting missions and squadron command. Players are sent on more than 30 missions ranging from air-to-air combat, air-to-ground fighting, air-to-sea assaults, rescue, recon, and more. Wannabe pilots travel over environments inspired by recognizable real-world landscapes in more than 50 authentic licensed planes. The Unsung War includes a Wingman Command, where players can issue mid-mission directives to three wingmen and carry out coordinated group attacks. The game's Arcade Mode puts players through fast-paced missions measuring speed and accuracy.

Another Great Game

Again this game is nearly perfect. It does a great job of going back in time and telling events of what leads to the events of Ace Combat 4. It does a great job of telling a story and makes you become emotionally attached to the characters. If you enjoyed any of the other Ace Combat games then you will enjoy this one.

it is a must have before ace combat 6. get your practice in, even though its on the 360 its the same exact control layout.

pretty good game

this game is pretty good. the biggest drawback is that its soo easy. the graphics arent bad but you dont relly get 2 see the enemys blow up.

Ace Combat 5 is a great game!If you love flying and seeing things blow up and shooting things the this is a great game! You get to fly popular jets like the F-22 F-15 and Migs ect. I owen this game and i love it. If your not too sure... then atleast rent the game and try it for your self!
