Summary

Game Description

The next evolution of one of the most successful franchises in video game history -- Driver -- DRIV3R is an action-packed driving adventure game that recreates the excitement of a Hollywood blockbuster car chase and plays like an interactive movie. Developed by Reflections Interactive (an Atari studio), the masterminds behind Driver and Driver 2 -- which have sold more than 12 million copies worldwide -- DRIV3R stays true to its roots, incorporating the cinematic gameplay and gritty street crime of its predecessors with ground breaking graphics and three mammoth, wide-open city environments. Featuring Hollywood-level production values and a gripping, narrative story line, DRIV3R casts players once again as Tanner, a jaw breaking, no-holds-barred undercover cop and master ?Wheelman? who does whatever it takes to bring the bad guys down. This time, Tanner, alongside his longtime partner, Tobias, must infiltrate a global car theft ring in tire squealing chases and fierce on-foot firefights while tailing gangsters, chasing witnesses, stealing cars and unloading massive clips of ammo to bring the criminals to justice.

Driv3r - PS2

The name sold itself!

What can I say about this game...? The graphics were awful, the missions were silly and the voices were even weird. Driv3r was a disgrace to the series. The cool name is what sold this game. -Jake The Snake

Driv3r - PS2

Wow this sucks....

When you look at it.. It shows you one hell of a good time... A version of what we all know to come and love as Grand Theft Auto. The storyline is just coping the Grand Theft Auto.. But one unique thing stands fromt his game like no other... It Sucks!!!!! The graphics suck... The cars suck..... And one you try to steal a car.. The person just gets out without hesitation.. Just go but Grand Theft Auto!!! PLease!!!!

Driv3r - PS2

disappointing

i heard that this was a gta killer, but it SUCKS compared to gta. the controls in general suck, and when ur car gets hit, u swerve ALL OVER THE ROAD, NO MATTER WHAT! it just sucks! however, the opening cinematic RULES! ( only reason it got a 2.5 )

Driver 1= Great! Driver2= Good! Driver3= Well...

There is no doubt that Driv3r suffers from the Enter the Matrix disease. A lot of glitches, okay graphics and a dissapointing game. YOU ARE THE WEELMAN Driver is one of the greatest seris ever. The main object of the game is to chase or be chased. By the 2nd game the seris started to drop but the game still was a fun game. But the 3rd game droped even below. The biggest problem with this game is that it has changed a lot. Now there is guns, and many missons on foot. The game sort of is forgetting it's main concept. YOU ARE AN UNDERCOVER COP Other mistakes in this game is that rushed and is clearly unfinshed . Sort of what happened to the Enter the Matrix. It was rushed because it had to come out the same day as the movie. Driv3r may have been delayed a lot of times but more effort and time could have made this games better. YOU ARE THE DRIVER There are some good things about this game. It has a nice movie feel to it and also not bad sound track. Voice overs were done well also. Driv3r isn't a good buy it's a good rental. Graphics: 2.5 Sound: 4.0 Controls: 3.5 Fun Factor: 3.5
