In this game you play Thrax, the greatest gladitator of all time. You start the game as a gladitator just ripping your gauntlets through flesh and bone. This is where the game shines, the amount of blood in this game seems like just the right amount and it is suprisingly well done. The fast and furious gauntlets are the best wepon you'll have in the game and you look quite cool in your helmet and armor. If the game keept this pace throughout the entire game it would be a 5.0 but unfortunatly you die. Now your on a quest from the gods to overthrow the evil emporer of the roman civilization. You are now armed with a sword and no helmet, which sucks beacuase Thrax is ugly. Now you have to fight your way through skelletons and ghosts with no blood wha t-so-ever. You eventually find an axe and the game picks up from there. IF you want a midless button masher this is one to consider.
