NFL Street - PS2

Time to play some SICK Football

In NFL Street as you probably know you play footbal and break the rules. This game is FAR from just a regular football game but that's a good thing and let me explain. For one if your player drops the ball because someone tackled him then it's possible that one of your other players will catch it before it can be intercepted. Another amzing move in this game is there is more to intercepting the ball instead of JUST catching the ball when it's already heading your way another way to intercept the ball is by doing a user pick when you intercept the ball when your in the air that is nothing you would see on any other football game. The best thing in this game is the gamebreaker, once you get your gamebreaker you will be able run twice as fast and you get your gamebreaker on offense it will be easy to score a touchdown because of how easy it will be to avoid the defense but I would actually reccomend you to use your gamebreaker on the defense because of how easy it will be to get a player to fumble the ball just by tackling him and recovering the ball. Before I conclude this review let me just add 2 things that you don't JUST play football at a football field you can also play at west coast or in a cool parking garage or several more fields that is when you unlock them all and another thing in NFL Challenge you just play football in some of the challenges you have to be the first one to get a touchdown or the first to get a 1st down and several other challenges. As for the graphics they are almost no different from NBA Street.

what to choose.....

the game is good plus all the awsome moves but there are things in the game that are to hard. The graphics are ok. The game gets frustrating but it's still good. plenty of neat tricks to master plus i like how u can custimize things. If you like football games just buy it, but if your not sure rent before you buy.

NFL Street - PS2

Putting the fun back in the game.

Since NFL: Blitz has gone down the tube, EA Sports Big has taken advantage of their dreadful mistake and have scored a touchdown with NFL Street, breathing life into a game genre that was beginning to smell stale. A game consists of 7 testostorone pumped players to a team. All players play both offense and defense, so balanced players are a must in this game. The game plays like any other football game, except for the fact that you can show off your style with a button. Instead of just running for a touchdown, you can balance the ball on one finger, knock a guy flying, and dive in for a score. This fills the style meter higher and will eventually get you a gamebreaker. This basically backs up all that trash your players where talking, as it allows for unstoppable madness on the field. There is also no clock to worry about. Just beat the other team into the ground and laugh at them. Players also actually look like they are playing football in this game. When someone gets hit, the screen shakes and the guy flys twenty feet, making a sack that you got a great feat. The dynasty mode of other football games has been cut out in favor for the challange mode. Here you create your own team of insult throwing bad mo foes and set there stats. Although your team may talk big, when they start out, the game gives you enough skill points to only get you 2 or 3 good players, and everyone else bites the big one. This somewhat unwanted feature, although makes building your team into superstars really satisfiyng, it will also take you to the restart menue more than the victory menue do to the unforgiving challanges. Which, just aren't all that fun. Instead of actually playing a game, you have to, lets say, make an interception. That's all well and good, but doing over and over isn't good. Mostly, insults, bodies, and balls will be thrown around like confetti in this game. And anyone who plays it will be looking forward to volume 2. And a bigger playbook.

EA sports big, there is only one problem with the game

AS my title says, this game only got one problem,i tell you what it is later. The game is awesome.Kick ass grafics, great controls and lots and lots of styles. You know something, the plays are great too.All the teams of the NFL are there and all the players. This game is a blast in multiplayer and online that i reccomend the game for only that. The one player mode is call NFL challenge. In there you got to rank against the best teams to later play against the pros. And there is the dawn problem. The freaking game is just to difficult in the begening. You would last a week just passing the first challenges.EA SPORTS BIG did a great game but if just there was a dificulty for beginers(example,me) the game was perfect. Those who read this want to kick my ass for giving this game 4.0?Let me know what you think.E-mail me at abraham_delgado101@hotmail.com and let me know your opinion.
