Game Description

Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness by Eidos for the PlayStation is classic Lara as both hunter and hunted relying on her ingenuity, athleticism, and a new edge that has arisen from her dark inner demons. However, this time she faces more evolved characters and situations, calling for more involved decision-making. Lara now has the ability to interact with characters and the choice of which path to take. Upgrading her trademark style and look and dropping her into a bombshell scenario calls for a new resourcefulness making her a stronger and more complex heroine. During her exploits Lara encounters a kindred spirit in Kurtis Trent, a hardened adventurer like herself, who is in pursuit of Eckhardt.

Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness - PS2

TANK GIRL

This has to be the worst game of all time. I love Tomb Raider but man this stinks. Lara controls like a tank, just getting her to line up for a jump is a chore. You can tell they rushed this game out in time for the movie. There are so many bugs in this game, slow down even when there's nothing moving but Lara, the game freezes during jumps and I have to reset the game. Save often because you never know what will happen next. Lara has a limited amount of bullets, what's up with that? She also has a grip meter, since when does Lara need a grip meter? When the meter runs out she falls to her death. Running around the city talking to people is not Tomb Raider. I can see why Core was canned (about time) but Edios is as much to blame for releasing this crap. That proves they don't care about us gamers. I would never have released it myself. Chrystal Dynamics should do wonders and I can't wait for Legend.

BEST ONE YET!

I dont understand why everyone gave this game such a low score. This game was exactly like all the others only with better graphics and had more of a story than just "treasure hunting". Weapons and Health were always available and the lighting was great so I didnt have to use 900 flares to get through a cave. If your a TRUE Lara Croft fan you will enjoy playing this one.

Tomb Raider is like a rocket, goes really high but eventually falls down.

Back in 1995...or was it 1996...well anyway, Tomb Raider was was of the most popular PC/playstation games in history. Well, she's back and Lara may look good, but how does she play? There are many problems with TB:Angel of Darkness. For one, it suffers majorily from glitches just like that other HUGE dissapoint Enter the Matrix. When I first played AOD I was expecting exciting action game with great visuals and controls. The controls in the game are okay and the visuals were okay also but the gameplay has changed a bit. Some good things were that you were able to to go in stealth mode and sneak up on bad guys. However, the gameplay wasn't great at all and it was just the more a the same old Lara. Well you may disagree or you may agree but in my opinion I think Tomb Raider clearly lost it's touch and maybe Eidos should just give up. All great things must come to an end but in this case it ended terribly. -Skaterkidcdn

Really, do they sell this sh*t at stores?

Whoa! and I thought Osama Bin Laden was a menace, this game should have stayed in the testing rooms forever, please suicide the people who made this game if you do not want to suffer a painful death at the hands of many angry customers.
