Rygar: The Legendary Adventure
Rygar is a stunning game filled with mystery, suspense and intrigue. If you loved the God of War games, or just love action/adventure games, check this out now. You play as Argus, a hero whoe uses a weapon called the "Diskarmor", which is essentially a shield attached to a chain (a la the Blades of Chaos). The story line is as epic as they get, the gameplay is spot on, and the controls are top notch. the orchestrated audio aspect of the game is nothing short of astonishing. This game easily stands in the ranks of the greatest action adventure games ever created. the game isn't without flaws though. The camera is a little wonky at times, and the grappeling is awkward at first. I highly recommend this game to all PS2 owners. Give it a chance, and I am sure Rygar will find a place in your heart.

WOW!! RYGAR ROCKS!
This game is alot of fun to play and the controls are easy to master. After a long sleep in the industry Rygar is brought back to life with stunning graphics and gameplay. Large, smart enemies are around every corner and keeps the action moving all the time. Large Boss enemies make fighting fun and Large colorful environments make this a joy to play. Only one bad thing... game is way too short and can be a little easy. I'm hoping for a sequel!

Out of the ground come...Rygar!
I loved the original NES version, with one downside, ya couldn't save. Here, you can save. It might be short, but after you start playing on Hard and Legendary difficulty settings... Anyway, the sound is great, gameplay is superb. Reminds me of Onimusha, but with a greater attack radius. Gives insight into where Rygar came from(for those who have been wondering since the early days of Commodore, arcade, and NES).

Sweet game !!!
This game is really fun and it doesnt have bad controls, the graphics are good controls are good, and its just really fun,and you can get new Diskarmors and level them up(only to level 3).But the only bad thing I think about the game is that its too short.I wish there was still more to play.

This game is great....except its wayyyyyy too short
This game is one of the best RPG old time games i have EVER played. It has a ton of fun stuff to do. The battle system is simple, (all u have to do is throw ur diskarmor)and the game keeps it fun the whole entire time.....except for one thing: IT'S TOO DAMN SHORT. What really sucked was that right after i beat this desert which was really fun with learning all those new moves, i got to Mountain Othyrs. And thats right where, the princess is. It wasnt fair! i was thinking in my head, it wasnt fair! I just did too much hardwork to have this game be so short. Right now i'm on the final place, Mt. Othyrs. I have no idea whats at the end of this mountain, but i hate that this is the ending of the game. And another thing tht sux is that u only get 3 diskarmors. With each one, u can use them for different types of ways the enemies r surrounding u. So i would reccomend renting this game if u hate short games. But i would reccomend buying this game if ur a hardcore RPg fan.
