Yes, a guy who has the full handle Insane Maestro is reviewing a game called Mad Maestro. Anywho, this game is about one thing; music. You play, er, conduct some classical standards such composers as Mozart and Greig. All those great pieces you knew the tune but not the name, you can find them here. You play a conductor who is charged by a magical fairy to save a concert hall. You have to enlist the help of two lovers, a clown, a lion, a news reporter and martians to form a full band. I don't know what they were smoking either. The game relies on timing, pressing buttons in tune with the piece of music playing. Its kind of like DDR for your fingers. Although unlike its Konami counterpart, you also have to deal with tempo and dynamic changes. if the game gets to much for you, there is a kiddy mode in which all you have to do is press a button and keep a steady count. The storyline is weaker than wet noodles and the characters are about as indepth as a jar of babyfood, but there is still a good time to be had here. Recommended for gamers like music with taste, or just gamers looking for something different.
