Wizardry: Tale of the Forsaken Land - PS2

Fun game

I have never played any of the other Wizardry games before but decided to pick up a copy of Wizardry: Tale of the Forsaken Land. I love it. Its a very fun game with a rather old school feel to it. Personaly I love the old school RPG's. I am not a big fan of the Final Fantasy series, not that they are bad games I just prefer the older ones. I loved Breath of Fire and Lufia and the Might and Magic series. This game has a similar feel to it. There is a limited amout of classes and races but there is enough to make it interesting. It really could have benefited from voice overs but lets face reality here, games should not be based on how they look and what new fetures they have but simpaly how much fun they are. I have bought some games that looked really good but weren't worth the money I spent on them because they were not very fun. The more dificult they make the controles the more it takes away from the enjoyment. So even though this site gave it an O.K. rateing they really should have concentrated more on how fun it was. Most of the complaints were that the controles were too simple of the battle engen is nothing fancy but the game is still fun.

Sounds Good

I never heard of this game but it looks good. I love RPGs and PS2 needs more. The graphics look kool kinda like the FFX but I dont think it has voice overs.
