The Simpsons Road Rage - PS2

Gets boring after beating it

In simpsons Road Rage you play as any simpson characters driving fares on destination on time in this you play a simpsons version of crazy taxi. Your main goal is to earn money and buy back the buses from C. Montgomery burns. The problem in this game is one the characters are not very funny I meen you can be late on your fares destination and hope they give a hilarious insult but instead they would say something really crappy like "you drive too slow" or "Do better next time" and just leave. Another problem is the dang plot I meen like I said all's you do is drive fares to their destination to buy back buses where is the story? I will admit there are missions but they don't have much of a story with the missions put together. The game is not all bad I meen it's cool driving the fares once in a while but after getting to the ending credits the taxi delivery's gets boring and like I said this game is not funny at all if you want hilarious then play Simpsons Hit and Run and this game is nothing like crazy taxi. As for graphics well they are a little too cartoonish but at least there better than Deathtrap dungeon's graphics.

Nothing but a copy cat!

If you played Crazy Taxi, there's need playing this. The Simpsons just used the Crazy Taxi game engine, that's it. All it is, is Crazy Taxi in Springville.

Totally good.

This game was pretty good. The characters are funny, it has a good plot, what else could you want?! What I didnt like was that you couldnt get out of your car but the rest was fun.

It's Frink-tastic! Huh-hey!

The Simpsons' Road Rage was labeled a Crazy Taxi ripoff right from the start, but after buying and spending a lot of time with it, it is a great game, despite some problems. The graphics suit the game well, although it would have been nicer to see them a tad more polished. And I could have done without the pop-up. The sounds are top notch, with original Simpsons quotes from the actors themselves. While it may get repetitive, most of them are so funny, you don't mind hearing them over and over again. The control is great and the ability to crash through practically everything more than makes up for the occasional quirks. The game has a frantic pace with the Simpsons license on it, and if you are a Simpsons fan, the it is a must-have. If not, rent it, you may be surprised.

Road Rage just wont last

Some people may find this to be funny and a great Crazy Taxi ripoff, but once the fun starts it all ends. Then it gets boring. Some of the missions are even impossible.
