MDK2 Armageddon - PS2

MDK2 Armageddon

MDK2 Armageddon is simply one of the best games I've ever played. It is getting along in age now, so I sold it ! Mistake ! It beats the hell out of EA Pacific Rising or whatever, much better than Star Wars Battlefront, Splinter Cell, Quake 3 (that REALLY SUCKED !) I dont know why gamepro scored it so low, maybey some of the puzzles were a little tricky, i dunno. I enjoyed it, and want it back !

I don't know what all the fuss is about

The game is just too odd and the boss difficulty varies per stage. What kills this game is the levels you play the dumb scientist. The sound is average along with almost everything else. Rent it first before you buy it.

A Very Strange Game

The game is amazingly fun and filled with wit and creativity. Each of the teammates has a different set of strengths, so you must adapt not only to the different environments, but also to your character' abilities. For instance, Max is a run and gun type of guy. Kurt is more of a stealth/sniper type, and Dr. Hawkins solves the puzzles in the game. MDK2 is a treat for anyone who relishes unique, ingenious but challenging gameplay. Gamers should welcome this return to difficulty. I sure did.

Wild and crazy!

This game has a great sense of humor. The graphics can be amazing at times and other times not so good. Control takes some getting used to but shouldn't be too much of a problem. Some of the levels can be very difficult while others too easy. You also get to play three different characters which is cool. This is one of the few games where I don't have the in game music on mute. I've played through this game 3 times so far so it does have some replay value. You can pick it up right now for $10 so why not take a chance.

MDK2 is coo

MDK2 isn't really that new. It has just been ported from the dreamcast. That's all. It's a really fun game though. You play as either Kurt, a janitor in this suit thingie, Max, a four-armed dog, and Dr. Hawkins. While it is supposed to be really funny, well, I didn't laugh my ass off but I occasionally chuckled. The graphics are kinda dissapointing for the PS2. It's like Interplay didn't even bother upgrading them. The sounds are ok but overall with the music, the score is pretty good. The controls are kinda easy but at times they are nerve-racking. Overall, MDK2 is a game that is petty coo. Rent it first though.
