Army Men: Sarge's Heroes 2 - PS2

One of the best.

The Army Men series started out extremely well. The toy soldier shooter thing was a new idea at the time. However, the series soon began to lose power. Fortunately, Army Men 2, one of the only Army Men games I've played, was not one of the bad ones. The graphics aren't the best, but back in the day, they didn't need to be, because the gameplay was great. The sounds weren't very realistic, but then again, they didn't need to be. After all, you played the green army man Sarge, and that in itself is pretty unrealistic. The story was pretty good too. You didn't need to have played the other Army Men games to understand what's going on. Also, there was no need to worry about voice acting in the day, so the game's developers could focus more on story and gameplay. Overall this game's pretty good. But don't be fooled. Even if this Army Men game is good, it doesn't mean that all the others are. So don't buy it just because it has the Army Men name on it. It's not Halo and if the game ends up sucking, you can't justify your purchase with saying, "Oh well, it had the Halo name to it."

ok...

in this game there are 18 missions. You rescue comrads, search and destroy tan bases, and go commando on your enemy.The graphics for this game are pretty ok. The sound is not all that wonderful. The controls i thought were pretty easy to learn. And the replay value well there really is none but there are 18 missiions remember. I say if you have not played this game yet then maybe just rent it.
