Game Description
NASCAR 2001 by EA Sports for PS2 is a stock car racing game that allows gamers to take on the hallowed grounds of Daytona International Speedway for the first time in the series. 34 active drivers and cars are updated for the 2000 season for racing on 19 official NASCAR tracks. The game also features eight fantasy courses that allow gamers to take their favorite NASCAR drivers out and test their driving ability on the twists and turns of these unique road courses. Five fantasy tracks are user selectable and are set in New York, San Francisco, Hawaii, Kansas, and Colorado; two additional road courses may be unlocked with a secret code, and one last fantasy track is available to players who win the championship series.
