Eternal Ring - PS2

A Good Game

Eternal Ring is a RGP game where you are sent to an Island to solve the mystery of "The Eternal Ring". You play as Cain Morgan a young magician sent by the king to "The Island of No Return" and get stranded there as well. The storyline is good, not breathtaking and definitely not stale. The graphics are pretty good; the polygons aren't as noticeable as I had expected. The controls I had a little trouble with, since it is in first-person view, to which I am not use to. The sound was okay; I seemed to dislike the sound. Even though everyone I met said it was great. There was only one thing that bothered me about this game and that was the entertainment value. The game did not seem to grasp the concept o f interest. "This was a good game but failed to catch the interests of many"
