Jungle shooting action rears its head again with Far Cry 2 (on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC), the sequel to the popular 2004 PC first-person shooter, Far Cry. Players will discover a true open-world gameplay set in Africa. This next-generation, high-definition, first-person shooter immerses players in an entirely new kind of gaming experience, featuring a custom-made video game engine built from the ground up. New gameplay mechanics include weapon jamming, vehicle damage, propagating fire, destructible environments, adaptive enemy artificial intelligence, as well as day and night cycles, and dynamic weather.
