.. of FPS and Strategy. This si a squad based action game that plays like a shooter. The graphics are great and the controls are smooth. To be honest, I thought this game is hard. I didn't finish it. But I did like it. If you like shooters, and wanna try something new, this is worth a shot. (no pun intended). Okay, maybe it was.

they say dreams come true. and this game certainly answers that statement. company of heroes is a (!) WWII game. but the catch is that its a rts. Now you dont have to step into the boots of some random dude that never existed in a real war.the skirmish modes provide hours of fighting the nazi scum.but the campaign truly steals the show. you command the fictional able company, as you once again try to liberate Normandy. the challenge level can go through the roof, as you have a couple of shermans about to go toe-to-toe with a panther group. This game is awesome, and at $30, you should definetly go get it now.
A great RTS!

This got amazing reviews, and was claimed the RTS game of 2006. Well it was like the only RTS released in 2006 worth buying. However, this is a good thing becasue this game is amazing! the graphical detail on the soldiers is brilliant, you can actualy zoom right into their faces and whatch their facial experssions change during intense battles, tiredness after battles, working hard building contructions, or just standing waiting and alert. The enviroments are excellent too, with everything being avaible to destroy, building will crumble, and tumble, walls will get flattened by your tanks tracks, craters will imerge after you call a massive air strike which it self sends debris, bodies and a whole heap of soil jumping in the air. The controls are too very simple and really easy to get to grips with, unlike most RTS games in this you cant control just one unit at a time you control a group, otherwise known as a company. Try and master how to flank and enemy turret, clear out building, build defences, and much more. The online play is classic too with a fair few people online and a comunity is growing rapidly already. Though tha game at ultra high can be very demanding on your PC need 2.0Ghz cpu, 512mb ram, a 6800 or an x800 at the bare minimum to run decently. Though trust me this is not a game you do not want to miss! its worth upgrading your PC for alone!

Company of Heroes
Over the past several years, Relic Entertainment has been busy at work putting out some of the most innovative RTS games in the last decade, culminating in the excellent Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War. So it came as some surprise when Relic announced their next game would be set in the most excessively used backdrop in the genre - the Second World War.
