Six different modes include "Play Now," Season Play, Playoff, Shootout, Tournament, and an in-depth career mode that allows users to extend the regular season into a full career with drafts, trades, and free agency moves. Other features include camerawork, overlays, and broadcasting by announcers Jim Hughson and new color analyst Don Taylor.
