Best game I ever played
I really really love this game. I have been playing it for the past 2 years it is great to see a great superhero videogame i have no complaints on the game itself but for the multiplayer. I only got to play 1 multiplayer game and that was useing gamespy. Another complaint is that people stooped modding and meshing and if they didnt youd have to use a yahoo membership thing which is a draggg.. Buy IT NOW!!

Not good, but not that bad either.
Well, for all the hype that was surounding this (suposed) comic book gaming masterpeice. Well after installing the game I put together my own custom Spiderman character. After playing through the first few levels of the game I was finally able to test him out. The wall climbing animations were lame. When my character went to climb walls he was usually found facing the rong direction or inside the building. Though, the game does have a few cool parts it was not worth the money (it was thirty dollars back then). PC GAMER gave it a 94% which wasn't deserved at all. The fighting was dull. The story line was duller and their definatley wasn't enough bang for my buck. My advice is you do not waste your buck for such a small amount of bang.

All hype no guts!
This must be the worst game of the year. What the hell are people thinking when they say this is the greatest game of all time. This game is so boring! The maps are small. The missions are dull and to top it all off you can't use your custom heroes from th beginning. I really don't think this game deserves any rewards or honors. The only reward it does deserve is a worst game of the year award. Please people, don't get sucked into the hype and waste your hard earned money.

It Rox!
This game is the bomb. The only thing that holds it back is some slowdown and the fact that you have to wait to use your premade heroes. The hero creator is probably the best part of the game. Also, it has a great story with strong characters.

whats all the hype about?
well i tried this game for about 3hrs and how can i put this without hurting someones feelings?... game is lame. do not buy this game your stuck with some moron named minute man that for some reason you cant change(maybe i didnt play long enough to be able to play my custom guys i dunno) anyways the maps are small as hell you play on and game play is sorta like baulders gate meets dungeon siege) i think you can play your own custom charecters you make after you get enough prestige( exp ) if you make someone half decent you will NEVER get to play them because it will take forever to get enough prestige to play that guy.. the game is so railroaded theres nothing good about this game whatsoever except making your own charecters which is what i spent most my time doing that was fun the detail you can put into your own charecter is great (just dont make him to good or you wont be able to play him) if your not getting the idea of what im talking about think of it this way Prestige is money. say you make a spider man type guy, spider man is 5600 prestigeish or $5600.00 you work at buger king for 5 prestige pts an hour or $5.00 an hour and you work 2 days a week. how long before you can buy spiderman.. get my drift.. this game sucks. The End
