Fight Night Round 2 - GameCube

okay game

Better than average game. I would recommend the game to anyone that like these types of games. No real changes but new maps. Maybe not the best installment of the game but still fun.

Fight Night Round 2

This game is great, if you have a Nintendo Gamecube buy this game even if you dont like boxing.Fight Night Round 2 is one of the best overall games Ive ever played, it's very fun in my opinion. The Gamecube version looks exactly the same as the PS2 version, but XBOX is lil more polished than the others, but despite that Fight Night Round 2 on Gamecube is VERY REALISTIC and,it has everything from realistic boxers, blood, sweat, spit and the crowd looks great. You can fight your way up to the title and defend it, unleast until you start aging causing your attributes to go down. U can earn money if u win matches and buy different boxing gear, a selection of sexy ring-girls and u can also buy trained illegal moves, but dont over-do them or you could be disqualified. The greatest of all time is back Muhammad Ali, but this he is better as he can jab on the move with the updated freestyle control. Features such as lifting weights and hitting the heavy bag is in this game in my opinion this was one of the best games that came out last year well pick it up and enjoy!!

EA lands another KO to their belts!!!

What do they feed those guys at the EA sports lab? They took an amazing game which featured a brand new fighting engine and dominated the boxing game market with Fight Night '04. Then for an encore they: allow you to digitally create your own boxer with more specifics than ever seen before in a sports game, spiced up the training mini-games and let you choose which ones you want, and throw in the Hay-maker punches to boot! And if you want to unlock all the gear (that now has stat boosters included) you better hunker down for some serious game play hours. It takes more than one full career to get all the goods this time around. Plus with the added ablility to move around while you block and parry punches is a great supplement to the awsome fight engine. And if you ever get bored all the detail and effects of this flashy game dont worry, only on the game cube is the original version of Super NES' Super PunchOut! This game has it all, old school and new school, and it will be very difficult to see how EA tops such a momentous success in the near future. Kaos Kaoticstudent@yahoo.com www.belownormal.com
