Turn already! Left! No wait! Right! WTF? where am I going?
Theres very little of what I can remember about this game. And from that little, I can still recall how terrible it is.
The game puts you as one of two sides of the law: the goofy female police officers who are trying to make it on the force (think Tenchi Muyo) or two mobsters who are turning on their boss for a better deal with the FBI. Or CIA. Or something. The thing is, the gameplay is so terrible, you might not even want to see the endings. And trust me, even if you cheat, the endings still are not worth it. The driving physics are... I cant remember. I just know that they at least got the job done. What I DO remember is the traffic. The tons and tons of cars that constantly got in your way every single second of the action. The unlockables arent even fun. A meter cart, a monster truck, a delivery truck, civilian cars, limo, and a few others. None of them outrageous.
The multiplayer isnt.... Its just not. Two players, one screen, no split. Instead of split screen action you have one screen. During the outrun racing, you cant outrun your opponent because you dont know where your driving.
The graphics arent the worst, but Ive seen better. (This is just from what I can remember, so dont disagree with me if Im wrong.) The cars didnt have any reflections. The city was huge: too big for its own good. The blur effects made the game more laggy. It was just awful.
Sound. Im getting a headache. The voiceactors are just people hired to do the voices. It sounded like they had no previous experience.
I had this game in my collection for less than a month. After 4 hours worth of total play, I decided I would just cheat and get it over with. Even after cheating the game wasnt exciting.
Im glad I get rid of this game. Im done with this review. I think Im actually getting a headache just thinking about it.
