Spyro: Season of Ice - GBA

Review for Spyro: Season of Ice

I like the game. I like spyro games to be exact. But the thing about this game is that the map is way different and the controls are a bit retarded like you have to press diagonal to go up, down, left, or right.

Spyro: Season of Ice - GBA

Detailed Review for this very bad game

This game is really bad. Although I did like the psx version, this game could get very boring. They say it has minigames but it really only has 2. One of em is flying around, shooting fireballs, trying to make it on time. But, that minigame needed alot more work into it. The second minigame is a top-view shooter. The game is a little fun but the fly is kindof hard to control. This game has 20 levels (including the minigames, I think) but the main levels are all basically the same. They just differ in looks and the enemies are different. You might get bored of it quickly. Every level has 6 fairies to rescue. There are 2 spread out across the level. The 3th one you get it by doing a special task (the task is different in all the levels. The 4th one you get it by getting all gems. For the 5th one you have to destroy all the enemies. And, the 6th one by incinerating different objects on the level (I'm not really sure). The flying missions have 2 fairies and the top- view missions only has 1. There are a few frustrating things about this game. One is that you fall off too easy. Another frustrating thing is that when you get hit by an enemy throwing something, you sometimes don't know where he's at. You might also run into them accidently. I hope this has been helpful to you.

it would have been better 2-D

you gotta give props to developer digital eclipse for trying to make this game LOOK 3-D,but we all know it came out horrible. This game is just a boring because almost all the levels look the same. And the endless quest is just stupid. It's not worth 30 dollars.

Spyro: Season of Ice - GBA

It's not a bad game,I just thought Spyro could of have done batter for GBA

If you arent a fan of Spyro on Playstation, you wont like this any better. It can get boring at times and confuseing. But a good try for Spyro anyway.

Spyro: Season of Ice - GBA

Great, but needs work

Spyro makes a debut on the Game Boy Advance, and its a good game. Zoe, Spyro's Fairy friend has been kidnapped along with 99 other faires and Spyro sets out to rescue them. The graphics are excellent bringing PSone graphics to a handheld. The sound is okay, but some tunes will make you turn your sound down. The control is good, you just have to get used to the camera angle. All in All, its a fun game. Spyro fans (like me) shoul not skip this one.
