Game Description

Pokemon Platinum, released in Japan as Pocket Monsters Platinum, is an enhanced remake of Pokemon Diamond and Pearl in the same vein as Pokemon Yellow, Crystal, and Emerald. Coronet, as a portal to the "Distortion World" is opened and Sinnoh's climate becomes colder.

Pokemon Platinum Version - DS

Pros Cons
Just plain fun Not enough content
Amazing visuals
Why its good and bad

You can catch The 3 legendary birds Zapdos and the other 2 birds. Girateana changes into different forms. You can't catch Shaymin without a Action Replay Card which is pretty stupied becausce they had it showed so munch that you can't even get it. Instead of that you can vist the distortion world. But not enough Lengendary pokemon i think. The game is pretty fun and cool so if you like pokemon and don't own daimond or pearl go buy this game.

Pokemon Platinum

Pokemon Platinum for the Nintendo DS isn't very different from the last 11 other pokemon games that's already out there. This game is the 3rd of the Diamond and Pearl series game much like how yellow, crystal, and emerald was for the other pokemon games. Platinum has an updated storyline, different catchable pokemon, enhanced graphics and new character design. As usual your goal as a pokemon trainer is to work on your pokedex. Trying to see all of the pokemon in the Shinnoh region and along the trying to win all 8 pkmn gym badges not enough excitement there. Well while on your journey you encounter Team Galactic, sounds familiar well it should. This is the same story format from all of the previous games only with newer and I gotta say more unique pokemon.

The game itself isn't so bad, the music has been updated, leveling up your pokemon isn't difficult at all. And with the chance to bring the pokemon you may have from the advance generation games came be brought over to the DS via the Pal Park. Further expanding your arsenal of creatures that can be used to battle your friends via wifi connection. The various events and mini-games in the game help pass the time very easily.
