Layton is the MAN
I have never been as addicted to a game as this one. I beat it within a week, and not because it is easy mind you. Layton has some really difficult puzzles and a few are a little repetitve but the enchanting graphics and great soundtrack totally make up for it. I never knew a DS game could look this good... seriously. The ending was just as good as a Pixar film. I can't wait for the sequel!

Use your brains, not your thumbs.
An interesting and addictive game, though the puzzles seem a little forced at times. "Oh hey, yeah. This random object we just passed reminded me of this complex logic puzzle. Why don't we drop everything we're doing and solve it?" Still, the game is fun, if you're the puzzle type. Graphics are great, and the game really gets you thinking. Though your friends might get a little annoyed if you keeps tossing these logic traps at them. The cut scenes are nice, too. Sorta feel a little like a Sherlock Holmes mystery.
