Star Fox Command - DS

Alright, I guess

This is a very innovative game. They had a great Idea in making it but I personally don't like the style. It is like a board game in a way, where you tell each ship where to go and they go there for the turn. I was expecting something more on the lines of the classic style of gameplay. Where you fly through a certain course, or I would have liked it better also if a level was in just one area and you had to complete objectives in that area. I find this game tedious, but once you get over that, the game is great. I would not recommend buying this because you are just going to want to sell it when you get bored of it in the end. Thats exactly how I feel right now.

A huge letdown

Regardless of gp's review, I hated this game. Mainly it was the touch screen control, it was frustrating and made me want to just use the control pad to move around, along with the frustrating controls theres a time limit in every level, which just ticks me off at some points where I couldn't manage to kill all the annoying enemies before I crash landed. The other thing that really annoyed me was the map before each level, some just had some true wtf moments that make you lose and repeat the whole freaking thing and go through the 4 annoying battles again before probably failing again.

Star Fox Command

This is an alright game. There are multiple endings, which will not be mentioned. They are overall similar, but can be quite twisted in some points. The controls are different and unique and offer better control. The interesting thing about it is how aiming becomes so easy. It has intuitive controls, multiple characters with their own endings, and a decent multiplayer mode. This is a good game to add to your DS collection.

First Star Fox Game

Well, this is my first Star Fox game played and I would like to say that I enjoyed it. Having said that I enjoy the game doesn't mean it didn't have it share of problems. I felt at the enviroment were lacking. Game its was pretty easy to beat and you find yourself doing the same thing over and over again, only difference being that it was on a different planets. I didn't mention the story being short cause it not cause there is a total of nine ending which adds replay value. Overall I found this game pretty good and felt like a pick up and play game.
