Custom Robo Arena

custom robo areana is a great customization-RPG.so first lets add the pros. Pros: you have thousands of different customizations so you can create a robo that fits your unique fighting style. also its outside the areana the controls are simple and easy.also after youve finished the game it has side quests for you. most games just let you wander. cons: parts can be to much money.underground they cost between 300 to 500. also the controls inside battle can take a lot of getting use to. and the story line is old. you can find a game with that kind of story line any where. dont get me wrong, the game is great. but please consider all angles before buying.

Pretty good

It's a good game, but it is kind of confusing at times. The story line is really long and doesn't ever get boring. The graphics are really good, the fighting is 3D and the main story is like an anime style. The conrtols are great and really smooth. The best part though, is the multiplayer. It chooses someone random around your level and you fight the best of three. The only down fall is that there is a lag sometimes. But overall it is a fun experiance. Control-5.00 Graphics-4.50 Sound-4.00 Overall-4.75

mediocre

Custom Robo Arena is really the same as any other custom robo game- mildly fun, but gets pretty old pretty fast. The graphics aren't too shabby for the DS, but really that and everything else is bland. I wouldn't go out and waste your money on it unless you are a diehard fan. And I don't think there are to many out there.

Custom Robo Arena is a very good game it has awsome fighting and a pretty good storyline I got it for Easter and can hardly put it down.It is very addicting and is fun to play.Allthough it is good some of the battles are very hard and confusing and make you angry until they give you a handicap to use.All in all the game is good and that's why I rate it a 4.75.

Monstrous Robot in Disguise

Looking at the original Custom Robo(a solid game no matter what you say,with a weak story,wierd humor,and fast customizable action,it seems they've brought all of those things right onto the portable Nintendo system without changing much at all.A smart choice!You feel like your playing the original in your hands.The animations are top notch for the DS and the stupid,idiotic humor is still intact.The robots are cool as usual,the DS is bursting at its seams while unlocking everything this gem has to offer.I love the fluid action,the awful story,and all the unlockables.I really did not expect such an authentic,fun experience as it didn't seem possible to bring Custom Robo to a handheld(keep in mind Custom Robo is on the Gameboy and N64 in Japan).It feels natural,if sometimes slippery,on the DS layout.Thank you Nintendo,you've almost perfected the formula,just create less annoying characters.
