Wolf King Warrior Extreme
What is it: A specialized keyboard that caters to hardcore FPS, RPG and RTS gamers. The unique layout puts a lot of essential keys right at your fingertips. The Warrior Extreme also has two built-in USB ports, volume controls and a button that lights up the keyboard with a nifty blue LED light.
How does it perform: Setting up the Warrior is a snap-you just plug it into a USB port and off you go. Configuring the control layout in-game was also easy because it's basically a standard QWERTY keyboard whose layout has been rearranged; just boot up your favorite game and assign buttons as you see fit. And the LED light gives it a cool blue glow, perfect if you play in the dark.
What did you like about it: Like we said, it puts a lot of essential keys right at your fingertips. There is an adjustment period involved, especially if you're used to just using the standard WASD config on a keyboard but if you're dedicated, we could see how the Warrior Extreme's clustered layout of keys would be an asset-being able to keep your hand still while accessing your most essential keys is a huge advantage, no matter how you slice it.
What didn't you like about it: It's too much of a one trick pony. Sure, it comes in handy when you're playing a game but the strange layout ensures that you won't be using it to fire off a quick email or to write up a term paper. You'll probably have to keep a standard keyboard on hand for more mundane tasks. Also, the adjustment period necessary to get accustomed to the unique layout may put off some gamers.
Should I buy it: If you play a ton of FPS, RPG or RTS games where having a ton of buttons configured just so is key to your enjoyment, then you probably should take a long hard look at the Warrior Extreme. It might just give you an edge, which can prove crucial in online games like Call of Duty 4, Command & Conquer 3 or World of Warcraft. But, if you're just a casual gamer, then you're probably better off sticking with the tried and true keyboard/mouse combo.

Good article GamePro, but I won't be using any of those devices lol. I have a surround sound audio system for my PC, an iPod, and no need of $100 earbuds. And who in their right mind would buy a set of 2.1 speakers for ~$500-600 instead of buying a surround sound system instead?

I might use that 6 port charger though, but I'm worried about proper distribution of power to my devices. All it takes is one power spike or irregular power flow to destroy my iPod, PSP, or DS. For $45 it sounds too good to be true.

okay, now the keyboard is just getting into a HUGE console controller looking keyboard, it's funny, I can't really tell how big it is but if you held it like a big controller and used your thumbs, it's like a Spinal Tap looking thing. And wasn't there just an article on how console controllers have too many buttons?......Or maybe you can hold it to your chest like an autoharp...........what you need is a keyboard or controller in where you pull, rather than push the buttons, you know, like an old cigarette machine, kinda like an operators switchboard.

The Keyboard looks totally badass!!!! I see that there's multiples of some of the keys. The P button should be in a more convenient position, because in a lot of online games, P is pause, the all important function.
