I've been playing Forza and Gran Turismo. I was thinking about how much I hate beginning those games, because for the first 10+ hours you have to play with some crappy cars. ex. Mazda Maita, or Suzuki Cappacino. I mean who really wants to drive these cars? lol. Another trend that should die is the whole countdown to destruction sequences that happen at the end of so many games.lol Anyone else have anything to add to this list?

games that have 2 COMPLETELY opposite endings.. like in bioshock you.. well i wont spoil it, but if anyone's played the game through both ways you know what im talking about.. theres the "you are the most evil person ever" kinda ending, and the "you are the reincarnation of Jesus himself" ending.. i think you have to make an in between ending for those kinds of games.. what if u harvested half and saved the other half.. shouldnt that be somewhere in the middle?

It does give you another reason to play through the game though, adds replay value. I'm playing through the game again right now, and I'm harvesting all the little sisters (kinda feel bad about it), so I can get the alt ending. I've noticed you can't get the Hypnotize Big Daddy plasmid if you play the evil way. : ( Anyway very awesome game. Another trend that needs to die is the weed related gamertag's. The world does care if your a pothead! I see 4:20 on so many gamertags that it's kinda sad. I don't know why it erk's me so much but it does...

I know a guy that play's it so much that he can play it with his eyes closed and the controller behind his back. I'm thinking that if you spend that much time playing Guitar Hero that you should just learn how to play a real guitar, besides chicks dig it too...

I think that's the point of "career" modes. If you wanted to start a racing career you sure as shit aren't going to start racing with a million dollar Ferrari race car. I actually think it's fun to start with crappy cars and finally work your way up to the R1 class.

But a trend that should die and never come back, MOVIE GAMES!!!

well as per your point earlier, i liked the fact that there was 2 endings, i just wanted there to be a third.. because the endings are soooooo completely opposite, there needed to be another one in the middle, and yes, harvesting the little sisters is quite depressing, you end up with so much ADAM you don't even no what to do with it, but it is the more badass ending.. but cmon with the guitar hero argument.. how about stop playing call of duty, get a real gun and start an actual war, or dont play GTA4, go actually rob a bank haha
