So basically, post like 3 or 4 bands you really like. And possibly what you're looking for in a band, and I will help you find that sound you're craving.
To start, Roadheadself: I was thinking about what you were into and I was thinking you might actually like the Slack Republic. It's a two piece band a they have a killer cover of "sweet dreams", I think you might dig, and it's free!
Jonafat, I think you're looking for something a little bit softer than whatever you've been listening to. Not only that, but the lyrics are instantly quotable. She also has a sultry voice, and a classic that screams lounge/swing. If you need something to remind you of why you fell in love in the first place, listen to Lily Frost.
Kamillion, Dragula (Or whatever your name is now bud)- Nightmare of you you'll love them, me thinks. They're the kind of band which has lyrics that stick with you. In fact, I'd also suggest this band to Wiifreak.
ZZ, or Angelof Chaos- Look into the Go! Team! for any of your AMV needs. Me thinks you will like their interesting which screams Cowboy Beebop, actually.
